Our exit planning services cater to business owners across the United Kingdom, primarily multi-generational family businesses and or long established legacy businesses where the transition of ownership can sometimes be more sensitive and difficult to navigate. We work with businesses valued up to £500,000,000 in valuation, we only offer exit planning services within a select range of sectors. Our dedicated exit planning team are ready to provide guidance to a range of different business types and aim on helping business owners to maximise the potential value they can derive from the business upon a successful exit, this primarily consists of us helping the internal business structure in the form of management and business development strategies, both of these elements can massively affect a businesses valuation.

Every client engagement we begin, starts with a business valuation so we have a good understanding of the businesses position within the market, this is when the relationship changes depending on a business owner’s timeframe and we will either go to market or start the secondary step.
We support the business in developing an exit plan which matches their desired timeframe, this will commonly be between 6-36 months and consist of an analysis of the businesses overall position with a focus on SWOT analysis and what needs to be imputed to increase the businesses valuation.
